Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Where we're heading

At Buena, we're building software that will redefine how property management works - in Germany and beyond. Our roadmap is huge, and this role sits at the center of it.

We’re a ~20-person core team with only 4 engineers today, giving you real ownership and leverage from day one.

Tasks

• Build and ship features end-to-end - from database to frontend.
• Own parts of the product and make architectural decisions that matter.
• Improve performance and reliability across our core systems.
• Work closely with product and design to turn real workflows into simple software.
• Shape our engineering culture as we grow.

Requirements

• Professional experience building and shipping production-ready web applications.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern stacks).
• Ability to own features end-to-end - from idea to implementation to production.
• Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows).
• High ownership and autonomy - you make decisions and ship without hand-holding.
