A Snapshot of Your Day
As a product owner, you ensure that your agile team is efficiently running. Together with the innovation management and team leads you are responsible for the creation of the team backlog. Your key function is to constantly manage, adapt & prioritize this backlog using an agile development approach.

You build transparency and trust within your agile team and communicate effectively with the innovation management, product management and other stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged on the goals and progress with your very good management & communication skills.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Cooperate and collaborate with the Innovation Management, PLM's and other Product Owners to ensure high grade of alignment between overall backlog and team's backlog
  • Transfer prioritized overall backlog into team backlog and align content, priorities and way of realization with the development team
  • Cooperate and collaborate with all interfaces on a regular basis to ensure that all relevant conditions, requirements and changes are transparent and considered at all times
  • Manage all resources and partners relevant for the adherence to the development targets in an international and cross collaborative environment
  • Align and synchronize team backlog with the cycles of other backlogs


What You Bring

  • University degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Deep expertise in technologies relevant to high-voltage components and product development, ideally with experience in research, prototyping, or technology validation
  • Strong ability to translate innovative technology concepts into tangible product ideas, balancing creativity with practical feasibility and market potential.
  • Proven capability in managing and steering collaborations with internal R&D teams, external research partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate innovation and knowledge transfer.
  • Agile mindset - Experience in leading agile teams, embrace change, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement with the focus on customer value
  • Very good communication skills and fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
