Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for real estate. This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our company and services

- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google AdWords and social media

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimization

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage engaging content for our website and social media channels

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies

- Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain our customer database

- Stay informed on best practices and new developments in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement

- Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

- Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Must be Fluent in English
