Our Team

The Operations Team at Terra One plays a key role in supporting system management, human resources, administration, development and very importantly, recruiting. This roles requires an individual whose skills align with attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Operations partners with managers across all departments to shape a strong, inclusive, and mission-driven culture. We are now expanding our recruitment capacity to support rapid growth.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (m/w/d) who will take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process across multiple business areas. You’ll act as a trusted partner to managers, identify top talent through creative sourcing, and help shape the candidate experience as we continue to scale. Your Tasks

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting and sourcing to scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.

  • Draft engaging job descriptions and manage postings on job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers page.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Help identify new sourcing channels and recruitment tools to attract diverse talent.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.

  • Assist with core HR processes such as employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.

  • You enjoy talking to people and building connections.

  • You work precisely and manage multiple priorities without losing sight of details.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both English and German.

  • You’re proactive, when you see a process that could be improved, you suggest and help implement changes.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition support.

  • Proven success in managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1).

  • Passion for renewable energy, technology, or sustainability is a strong plus.
