We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a an Office Assistant (Mini Job, 10h/week) to support our office in Berlin. In this role, you will take care of incoming post, handle small but important administrative tasks, and help us keep operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Collect and sort post delivered to our Berlin office.
• Handle small administrative tasks to support the team.
• Contact suppliers or partners in case of incorrect addresses or invoice details.
• Clarify invoice address issues with partners and ensure correct information is used.
• Reach out to partners to update them on our current mailing address.
• Support with other ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.

Your Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Good communication skills in German(mandatory); English is a plus.
• Comfortable making phone calls and handling simple administrative clarifications.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in administrative tasks is a plus, but not required.
