About the Role

As a Senior Strategist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor across a diverse portfolio of regional and global client accounts with a key focus on the German market, shaping smarter decisions, localiSing global frameworks, and unlocking business growth through brand, social-first, and AI-enabled strategies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key client stakeholders, defining long-term brand and social-first strategies aligned with commercial ambitions in the German market and beyond.

• Distill and translate global and regional brand strategies into culturally resonant, actionable plans tailored for local market execution.

• Champion and actively integrate emerging technology and AI tools across the end-to-end strategy process, from insight generation and generative research to brief writing and performance evaluation.

• Partner closely with Client Success, Creative, Data, and Production teams to craft ambitious, insight-led briefs and integrated scopes of work.

• Lead the development of platform-agnostic and social-first strategies, bridging content planning, community dynamics, and performance thinking.

• Proactively identify new business and organic expansion opportunities across client accounts through sharp industry analysis and thought leadership.

• Mentor and educate cross-functional team members on cultural nuance, industry trends, and innovative strategic methodologies.

About You

The essentials:

• Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Proven track record in a strategic role within an agency or consultancy, demonstrating mastery in both brand strategy and social-first thinking.

• Deep knowledge of the German consumer and media landscape, paired with experience navigating regional or global account frameworks.

• Active interest or practical, hands-on experience integrating AI tools and advanced research platforms into strategic workflows.

• Strong client leadership skills with proven success advising senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas with clarity.

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and creative briefing capabilities.

Not a must, but a plus:

• Direct experience developing strategies across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and creator/influencer ecosystems.

• Familiarity with social commerce dynamics and emerging interactive digital formats.

• Strong analytical background with experience leveraging data analytics and media planning insights to inform creative direction.
