Your role will be to:

We’re looking for a creative and innovative Content Creator who is passionate about languages, cultures, and social media. You should be enthusiastic about being in front of the camera, have a humorous and engaging personality, and love working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Your role will be key in elevating Tandem’s social media presence and engaging our global community.

• Be the face of the Tandem brand by creating entertaining, educational, and engaging videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Ideate and execute fun and dynamic content that showcases language learning and cultural exchange.

• Stay on top of TikTok trends to keep our brand relevant and fresh.

• Produce long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, with a strong focus on growing Tandem’s presence and improving YouTube SEO through well-structured, searchable, and evergreen content.

• Collaborate with the marketing team in regular brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas.

• Film and edit high-quality videos directly from our comfortable Berlin office.

• Showcase the Tandem app through subtle marketing and creative storytelling in your videos.

You are the right fit for the role if you:

• A natural on-camera presence with great energy, personality, and creativity.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a big plus.

• Strong video editing skills and excellent knowledge of social media trends (especially TikTok).

• Based in Berlin and available to work 1-2 days a week in our office.

• Creativity, a sense of humor, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Passion for languages and cross-cultural communication.
