To strengthen our bar team, we are currently seeking a Commis de Bar (m/f/d) for our “The Curtain Club.”

Here’s what your day will look like

• Warmly greeting and seeing off all guests
• Providing service-oriented care for guests
• Taking all orders and offering excellent advice to guests
• Taking into account and fulfilling all guest requests and preferences
• Preparing and serving our aperitifs and cocktails
• Interacting and communicating with guests and building long-term relationships through personalized, individual, and first-class service
• Preparing the daily mise-en-place
• Ensuring a smooth service flow
• Implementing all The Ritz-Carlton standards
• Adhering to hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
• Relevant professional experience as a bartender/server, ideally in upscale dining
• Solid technical expertise in the preparation of aperitifs and cocktails
• Good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
• Confident and professional demeanor and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
• Excellent hospitality skills with a consistently positive demeanor
• Enjoyment of daily guest interaction and a passion for the hospitality industry
• Team player, ability to multitask, and a hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of creating special moments
