Founders' Associate Intern / Working Student (m/f/d)

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

• You will take ownership of various strategic projects
• You will project-manage various processes end-to-end (e.g., recruiting, acquisition, fundraising)
• You will develop financial models with the detailed support from our specialists
• You will perform research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, etc.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE
Self-motivated individual with a track record of over-delivering and proactive problem-solving

• Work experience in demanding environments like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups
• Passion for private equity and M&A is required
• Strong analytical, research, and business development skills with a hands-on mentality
• High fluency in Microsoft Office
• Deep interest/background in tech startups is a plus
• Experience conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, etc. is a plus
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Positive, structured, and driven young leader
• Studied/studying at a top-tier university, ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field
• High fluency in English & German is required
• Based in Berlin preferred, but remote work is possible
• Ability to commit to at least a 6 month full-time internship or longer-term working student position
