Role Overview:

As a Partner in the Bank Transformation Program Management domain, you will lead significant banking transformation initiatives, steering high-profile projects that redefine operational capabilities and enhance client offerings. You will engage with C-level executives at major banking institutions, delivering innovative strategies that align with their vision and operational goals, ultimately driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of banking transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions that facilitate transformation.
• Drive program governance, risk management, and quality assurance across transformational projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in thought leadership, contributing insights and strategies to enhance SAP Fioneer’s position as a trusted partner in bank transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and operations experts, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments, leveraging insights to inform program strategy and execution.

As a key figure in our Bank Transformation team, you will contribute to shaping the digital future of financial services while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies - with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful execution 

• Deep expertise in corporate banking, in particular, global transaction banking, cash management and payments, and solid understanding of technology 

• Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience – especially for strategical engagements and early project phases 

• Experience with SAP (banking) products is a strong plus 

• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus
