Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened the doors to 34 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy)
Our mission? To share with our customers 100% homemade, authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, with big smiles!
Join our amazing team as Waiter/Waitress
YOUR MISSION:
You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!
Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section - following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments.
You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
You will be opening and closing the floor.
You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor
You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
YOUR SKILLS:
Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
