Position : Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d)
Location : Berlin, Germany (Hybrid - 2 days per week)
Start date : Q3-Q4 2025

Your mission in a nutshell : As a Fullstack Engineer at Humanoo, you'll enhance the Humanoo app by optimising the client platform to deliver insightful information and seamless onboarding for long-term partnerships. Additionally, you'll maintain and develop new features for the content management platform, supporting the Content and Design team in delivering engaging health content to users. You will deep dive into our tech stack, which includes React, Typescript, NgRx, RxJS, unit tests, and REST APIs on the frontend, and Java and Springboot, hosted on AWS with services like ECS, SNS/SQS, and RDS. Plus, a microservice architecture predominantly powered by MySQL RDS on the backend.
HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Humanoo, you'll play a crucial role in improving two core aspects of our platform:

• Client Platform: Our Humanoo app empowers our clients to support their employees in living healthier lives, all while having fun. You'll enhance this platform to provide our clients with insightful information and onboard them successfully for a long-term partnership.

• Content Management: Our Content and Design team constantly crafts fresh health content for our users. You'll maintain and implement new features into our content platform, enabling our teams to deliver happiness to our users.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 5 - 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong proficiency in our tech stack, both front-end ( React , Typescript ) and back-end ( Spring Boot and Java )
• Berlin-based (we have a hybrid office policy, 2 days per week)
• A product-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
• Outstanding team player with strong collaboration skills
• A willingness to take ownership of features
• A passion for clean code and automated testing

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavour to respond within 3 - 5 business days. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:

• A first chat with a recruiter
• A case study
• A chat with a member of our engineering team
• Tech interview with the team's Engineering Manager and CTO
• A short call with our Chief Product and Growth Officer

After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
