Business Development Representative DACH
Looking to build your sales career while shaping the future of digital marketing and eCommerce? As our next BDR for the DACH region, you’ll work at the heart of a fast-moving market, helping digital agencies, brands and retailers unlock new levels of performance with our tool. ⭐
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be an important contributor to Channable's growth in the DACH region. Alongside your team members in the German market (& ) and reporting to your Team Lead Sales (), you will be developing and securing new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies. You are successful, because of your willingness to learn more about the eCommerce and digital marketing space and your unique ability to convince prospects that Channable is the essential missing piece in their tech stack.
What you'll do
Own Your Numbers: You'll demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve your sales goals. Given that the DACH region is one of our strongest markets, exceeding your quota will be very feasible, and you'll be energized to score even higher.
Become a Customer Expert: You understand that selling is built on trust. The better you know your customer's world, the more effortlessly you'll connect. That's why you'll enjoy attending industry events, or even hosting your own roundtables, partner dinners, or webinars, to expand your network within the e-commerce space.
Build a Personal Brand: You recognize that customers prefer to engage with experts. You'll effectively showcase your expertise via social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn) or on stages at expert events.
Master Product Expertise: You are intrinsically motivated to learn about the dynamics of the e-commerce industry and every update in our tool. You are self-motivated to stay up to date and seek new knowledge whenever possible.

Who are you?
You’re just getting started in your professional career or already have experience in business development, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
You are a motivated, reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills.
You like to win and to develop yourself to be successful.
You are willing to become an expert in the marketplace, digital marketing and e-commerce space.
Strong communication, storytelling and listening skills.
Your language skills include excellent written and spoken English and German at a C1-C2 level , and if you speak an additional EU language that would be awesome!
Some practical things we expect from you:
You are living in Berlin, or at least within travel distance to our Berlin office.
You are willing to come to our Berlin office for minimum two days a week.
You are available for at least 32 hours per week (minimum 4 days/week).
You are available to travel at least once per quarter.
You have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.
Your journey at Channable
As the hub of all tool knowledge, we believe that your training and onboarding must be thorough. You will participate in 2 weeks of training at our Utrecht office in the Netherlands to familiarize yourself with the tool and your coworkers. Rest assured, we will take care of travel costs and your accommodation. Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market your products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.
What do we offer?
Salary: Total OTE (100%) is between € 58,663 and € 67,320 gross annual based on 40 hours.
OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 70% gross base salary and 30% commission.
Base salary: The base salary is gross between € 41,064 and € 47,124 (70%) annual based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience.
Bonus: 30% performance bonus is gross between € 17,599 and € 20,196 (30%) annual based on a 40-hour workweek.
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary.
Onboarding time in Utrecht (NL): for 2 weeks to get to know the tool, our processes, and your colleagues. 😎 After that, you’ll get the trust and responsibility to show what you got. Your buddy will support you throughout the whole onboarding. ✌️
Annual L&D budget of € 1000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take full advantage of this to grow professionally

Health insurance: We cover half of the social security contributions, which are paid together with your salary.
