Studio Manager

At Elevate Pilates , we’re building more than a studio – we’re building a community. To help us deliver this vision, we’re looking for a Studio Manager who can take ownership of daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, including class schedules, client experience, and studio upkeep.
• Manage and support the Front-of-House team, ensuring excellent service and smooth check-in processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for staff and clients, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll support, and supplier coordination.
• Track and report on studio KPIs (attendance, membership, retention) to ensure performance goals are met.
• Collaborate with management on new ideas, partnerships, and events to grow the Elevate Pilates community.
• Uphold the studio’s standards of cleanliness, organization, and client care.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role (hospitality, fitness, or wellness industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – you love keeping things running efficiently.
• Comfort with multitasking and solving problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset – you don’t just manage, you lead by example.
• Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive community experience.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
