As a Career Advancement Consultant, you will work with professionals seeking clarity, direction and growth. You will guide them through mindset shifts, strategic career decisions and personal reinvention, helping them unlock new levels of performance and opportunity.

Tasks

What You Will Do

• Coach professionals through career advancement, mindset transformation and income growth
• Support clients navigating promotions, transitions and leadership challenges
• Facilitate breakthroughs in confidence, communication and strategic clarity
• Apply your commercial and professional experience to guide clients effectively
• Contribute to global programs, workshops and international leadership events
• Build your own pipeline using proven marketing systems and training

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ professional experience in coaching, HR, consulting, leadership development, business, or related fields
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship‑building skills
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire trust
• Self‑driven, disciplined and comfortable working independently
• Genuine passion for personal development and empowering others
