Workplace and People Operations Manager
About the Role
Own the day-to-day workplace and people operations for a growing AI customer service software team in Berlin. You'll create a welcoming, well-organized office and build practical processes that help the team work smoothly as it grows.
What You'll Do
Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, workspace organization, and inventory.
Own employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new hires have the equipment, access, and workspace they need.
Design and run culture initiatives and internal events that help keep the team connected.
Build AI and no-code automations to simplify workplace and people operations workflows.
Handle day-to-day requests and step in wherever operational support is needed.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in workplace, office, or people operations, ideally at a startup.
Experience building and implementing processes for onboarding, offboarding, and office management.
Hands-on experience with office supplies, equipment procurement, and inventory management.
Experience building automations for workplace or people operations using AI, no-code tools, or automation platforms.
Experience organizing internal events and culture initiatives.
Fluent in both English and German, with strong organization, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.
