About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in responding to LEGO fans from around the world during our busiest season. Our team handles millions of queries each year, covering a wide range of topics from building tips to troubleshooting and locating rare parts. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in our consumer experiences.

You’ll be energised and empathetic and fluent in English plus any of the following languages:
Dutch
French
German
Italian
Spanish
Polish

What you’ll be doing
Respond to consumers in both English and your chosen language - both spoken and written.
Build strong and lasting relationships with consumers in a fun and engaging manner.
Assess and solve brick-based problems using our various tools and programs, requiring solid IT skills to support consumer requests.
Adapt to a variety of shifts, including some Saturdays to ensure we provide an exceptional service.
