Team Lead International Sales (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You coach and develop employees through demo reviews, biweekly 1-on-1s, group training sessions, and personalized growth talks
• You maintain high process and quality standards by ensuring CRM hygiene, providing feedback for sales process improvements, and identifying optimization opportunities
• You support the sales team in handling complex deals, offering guidance on stakeholder management, pricing strategies, and objection handling
• You lead your team by fostering a strong culture, conducting daily check-ins, and ensuring clear communication and motivation
• You ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments, working closely with teams such as Customer Success and Marketing

About you:

• You have proven experience as a Team Lead in International Sales, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
• You are ideally bilingual in Spanish and Italian; alternatively, you have native proficiency in one language and C1/C2-level skills in the other
• You bring solid expertise and practical knowledge of HubSpot, or similar, as a CRM platform
• You demonstrate strategic thinking and a structured working style, combined with a hands-on mentality; you are adept at managing customer relationships and leading teams effectively
