Arabic Gaming Support Specialist - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation
Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Arabic Backend Gamer Support Specialist based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation assistance. In this role, you will provide crucial backend support to Arabic-speaking gamers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide backend technical support to Arabic-speaking gamers through various communication channels
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting gameplay and user accounts
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex problems and improve gaming services
- Document all support interactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting bugs or glitches
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the gaming platform, features, and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Passion for gaming and thorough understanding of gaming platforms and environments
- Previous experience in gamer support or technical support roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (fully paid relocation provided)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
