Your Role

We are seeking an Optometry Specialist to enhance our team with your expertise. Help us become the go-to destination in your city!

What You'll Contribute

• Lead internal training sessions on optometry within the store, utilizing the latest technology.
• Provide expert advice to customers and support your colleagues with optometric concerns.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to lead the team effectively.
• Conduct refractions and ensure that all procedures are performed to standard.
• Manage the technical equipment and contribute your knowledge to store management.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optometry Specialist.
• A talent for communication and a positive attitude that inspires customers.
• A team player who works collaboratively to achieve company goals.
• Ability to align and motivate your team towards clear objectives.
