Junior Product Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Product Manager to join our Product & IT team in Berlin . Are you eager to learn and contribute to our mission for a more sustainable future?

GO2 Markets connects buyers and sellers worldwide to facilitate the trading of environmental products and provides advisory services to help organizations develop and implement sustainability strategies.

As our Junior Product Manager , you will support the development and growth of our internal platforms, GO2+ and GO2 Zero . You will coordinate development efforts, assist in prioritizing features, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations. Your contributions will help shape our products and drive the success of our sustainability mission.

This is a full-time, Berlin-based position, available for an immediate start.

Your Mission
Support the delivery and improvement of GO2’s internal products, driving clear coordination, quality execution, and incremental product ownership.

• Help deliver key GO2+ features on schedule by coordinating with developers and external teams.

• Maintain a well-organized backlog and write clear, actionable user stories.

• Support QA and testing to ensure features meet requirements.

• Collect and structure feedback from Markets , feeding it into prioritization and planning.

• Enhance communication and workflows across Product, Tech, and Markets teams.

• Build deep knowledge of GO2+ and contribute to small product decisions.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Sustainability , or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination , or a similar role.

• Proven ability to turn analytics and user insights into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.

• Solid understanding of core product management practices and strong documentation skills.

• Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Mixpanel .

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable collaborating with developers , understanding technical constraints, and supporting timely feature delivery.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Tech, and Markets teams.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn complex systems and GO2’s business domain.

• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven solutions and innovative product development.
