Head of Marketing (m/w/d)

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who will be responsible for strategy and operational execution in the DACH market and will lead a team of five. The role involves taking ownership of results for SEO/AEO, paid media, social media, and marketing tracking, and working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence to support marketing decisions with robust data.

• Technical and managerial leadership of a five-person marketing team: designer, marketing developer, performance & tracking manager, marketing manager, and part-time student working in social media

• Responsibility for the overall marketing strategy in the DACH market—SEO/AEO, paid media, social media, and content—with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue growth

• Management of organic marketing and communication with leads and existing customers (Shore Voice, lead nurturing, AEO, and SEO)

• Overseeing the tracking infrastructure (HubSpot, GA4, n8n) and continuous data-driven optimization

• Building and scaling AI-powered marketing and automation workflows, from outbound pipelines to internal reporting and analytics tools

• Designing and executing pricing and packaging experiments to validate new monetization levers

• Close cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence

• Developing dashboards, models, and decision-making frameworks that enable marketing priorities to be implemented internally based on data

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

• Experience leading a team of at least four to five people

• Proven experience in SEO/AEO, performance marketing, and marketing tracking infrastructure

• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation (e.g., n8n, LLM-powered workflows) beyond basic prompting

• Strong analytical skills; you make and defend decisions based on data rather than gut instinct

• Experience in winning over stakeholders even without direct disciplinary responsibility

• A direct, clear communication style and a high degree of initiative

• Very good German and English language skills
