QA Manager - Fully Remote

Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on QA Manager - Fully Remote to join our talented and passionate team creating and improving our portfolio of mobile & browser games. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards, from early concept to global launch. As our in-house QA Ninja, you’ll own the quality process end-to-end, collaborate closely with designers and developers, and coordinate external testing partners to deliver flawless player experiences.

*For this position the candidate should be based in Europe

Your Role:

• Test all new game releases and updates on time and with precision
• Find, reproduce, and accurately report issues with detailed bug documentation
• Create, maintain, and update test plans and test cases
• Work with developers, designers, and product managers to provide feedback on features early in the design phase, emphasizing user experience, quality, and testability
• Collaborate with external QA partners and user testing platforms to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Monitor and improve QA processes, proactively identifying ways to enhance quality and efficiency
• Document releases, test results, and changelogs using Jira & Confluence
• Become the go-to QA expert — our team’s QA Ninja

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience in QA and testing for F2P mobile games
• Deep passion for gaming — especially mobile titles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Solid technical understanding of a variety of devices (Apple, Samsung, etc.) and operating systems (iOS, Android).

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation
• Understanding of F2P game mechanics and the mobile/web gaming market
