The Role

We are looking for a Working Student / Trainee (m/f/d) to support our Transformation & Sales team in Berlin. This position is to be filled immediately for a period of approximately 3 months. You will play an active role in supporting transformation projects in the sales area while gaining valuable hands-on experience in project management and sales optimization.

How to make an impact

• Active support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of transformation projects in the sales area.

• Collaboration in the analysis of existing sales processes and identification of optimisation potential.

• Preparation of presentations, reports and analyses to support project decisions.

• Maintaining and updating project and sales data in our systems.

• Communicating and liaising with various internal departments (e.g. marketing, IT).

• Taking on administrative tasks in project management.

About you

You are structured, independent, and highly motivated with a strong affinity for digital tools and processes. You have a good understanding of commercial contexts and strong communication skills. You're a team player with initiative who is eager to learn and contribute to transformation projects.

Your background

We don't expect you to tick every box, but here's what would make you successful in this role:

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree programme.

• Ideally, you have some practical experience (e.g. through internships or part-time jobs) in project management, sales or consulting.

• High affinity for digital tools and processes as well as a good understanding of commercial contexts.

• Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

• Structured and independent way of working with a high degree of initiative.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Fluent written and spoken German; good English skills are a plus.

Deine Aufgaben

• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Transformationsprojekten im Sales-Bereich.

• Mitarbeit bei der Analyse bestehender Sales-Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.

• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Analysen zur Unterstützung von Projektentscheidungen.

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projekt- und Sales-Daten in unseren Systemen.

• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen (z.B. Marketing, IT).

• Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Projektmanagement.

Dein Profil

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. durch Praktika oder Nebenjobs) im Bereich Projektmanagement, Sales oder Beratung .

• Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Prozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel).

• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative.

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit .

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
