As a Sales Manager – Outbound , you'll take ownership of outbound sales, driving performance through data-driven execution. You'll play a key role in shaping our outbound strategy.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

📞 Own outbound sales strategy and execution , focused on proactive outreach to small and medium-sized businesses

🎯 Set clear goals and KPIs , track performance, and drive consistent target achievement

🔥 Support deal execution by coaching on messaging, objection handling, and closing strategies

📊 Analyse pipeline and performance data , using insights to optimise processes and improve results

🧠 Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality and conversion

🚀 Build scalable outbound processes and contribute to the long-term growth of the sales organisation

👀 You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have 3+ years of experience in outbound sales.

Are comfortable with high-volume outbound environments and performance-driven cultures

Have a strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management

Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy

Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused products
