Tasks

🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting : Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads that match our ideal customer profile.
• Master Outreach: Craft personalized cold emails and make impactful calls that spark genuine interest and secure demos.
• Demo Booking: As your primary KPI , schedule quality demos for our sales team.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all activities, notes, and lead insights.
• Follow-Up: Execute strategic multi-channel follow-ups to keep leads engaged.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to track the funnel and develop new strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine our outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data.

Requirements

💼 Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles.
• Prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies.
• Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
• Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
• Proven ability to prospect and book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
