1. Apply & Submit Portfolio – Fill out our screening form and submit your CV and links to your GitHub or any non-university projects that show what you’ve built. (We care about what you do out of passion, not out of obligation)
2. Portfolio Review & Assignment – If we like what we see, you’ll get a take-home assignment. Build something, submit it - we’ll evaluate it.
3. 15-Min Tech Chat – Quick call with Felix (Head of Engineering) to discuss your code and problem-solving approach.
4. 30-Min Culture Fit Interview – Call with Zina (CEO) to see if we share the same mindset.
5. Hackathon Day – You’ll team up with other top candidates to solve real problems, and show us what you can do in action.
6. Decision Time – If you’re the right fit, you’ll know fast. Winners win.

Requirements

Must-Have Attitude:

Must-Have Hard Skills:

• Enrolled in computer science or a related field at a university.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL.
• A portfolio of side projects that make us say: "Wow."
• C1/C2 English skills (written & spoken).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompting.
• Experience with Prisma, Node.js, Python.
• Background in AI agents or Co-Pilots.
• Building ETL pipelines for structured data extraction.
