We’re opening our new store in Berlin and building the founding team from the ground up. You’ll help set the tone for COLD in Germany.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead the store: inspire the team and set the standard of excellence on every shift.
Train and coach the team: day-to-day coaching so everyone sells better and embodies COLD.
Drive results: sales targets, customer experience and store standards.
Keep the space flawless: order, stock, visuals and details always at the highest level.
Coordinate shifts, opening and closing, cash management and reports together with your Key Lead.
Launch new collections with impact.
Work with your Area Manager to make Berlin a benchmark store.

You naturally transmit confidence, style and leadership.
You have experience leading retail teams; if it’s in fashion or streetwear, even better.
You know how to motivate, give feedback and train your team.
You’re organized, fast and detail-oriented.
You speak Spanish and English.
You’re fully available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
