Do you want to bring AI out of the hype cycle and into the engine room of 1KOMMA5°? This is your chance to combine strategic technology leadership with sharp execution. You act as the bridge between C-Level strategy and the daily reality of teams like Finance and Sales. We are looking for a pragmatic builder who identifies bottlenecks, prototypes solutions (yes, hands-on), and guides our teams through technological change with empathy and clarity. You leverage your technical depth to bridge the gap between ambitious efficiency targets and operational reality, ensuring AI drives genuine adoption and measurable business value.

Your Position

• Shape the AI Strategy: You actively shape our AI North Star by defining the right focus and technical approach for 1KOMMA5°. You determine where AI adds the most value whether through automation or augmentation and evaluate market trends to set a strategy that keeps us ahead of the curve.
• Master Stakeholder Management: You act as the strategic bridge between C-Level efficiency targets and operational reality. You drive active change management, ensuring that AI initiatives are understood and embraced by our teams. You turn ambitious targets into accepted workflows that deliver measurable business value.
• Identify High-Impact Opportunities: You dive deep into operational departments (Finance, People & Culture, Sales) to uncover bottlenecks. You systematically prioritize use cases based on ROI and feasibility, ensuring we focus our energy on initiatives that truly move the needle.
• Build and Validate MVPs: You independently architect and build operational prototypes (using LLMs, automation workflow engines, code etc.) to validate hypotheses fast, proving value directly before committing major resources.
• Bridge the Engineering Gap: Your deep technical understanding makes you a credible partner for our engineering teams. You understand API architectures, data privacy, and integration complexity, ensuring that the solutions we scale fit seamlessly into our tech landscape rather than creating isolated silos.

Dein Profil

• Expertise
  • Applied AI & Automation: Deep expertise in the modern AI landscape (LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic workflows) and current developments. You have an excellent skillset to architect intelligent workflows and select the right providers that solve real business problems.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Exceptional ability to guide operational teams through technological transformation. You navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence, translating C-Level strategic goals into operational reality and turning skepticism into adoption.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are fluent in "building": Proficient in scripting (Python, JS/TS) and API integrations. Solid grasp of system architecture and data security to ensure prototypes are viable foundations for scalable software.
• Experience & Background
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years at the intersection of Product, Tech, and Operations (e.g., as a Technical Product Manager, Digital Transformation Consultant, or Founder/CTO).
  • Track Record: Proven success in managing and active implementation of digital solutions that led to measurable efficiency gains (e.g. automated finance workflows, scaling sales operations).
• Mindset & Method
  • Result Orientation: Strong focus on measurable economic impact and efficiency. Ability to validate AI initiatives based on strict ROI calculations rather than technical novelty.
  • High Agency: High degree of ownership and the ability to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks independently, even in resource-constrained environments.
• Communication
  • Interface Competence: Ability to translate complex technicalities to C-Level stakeholders and business logic to engineering teams with equal precision.
  • Languages: Excellent English and business fluent German skills are mandatory (C1 level).
