Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Identify, document, and escalate violations or inappropriate content
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community engagement and risk mitigation
• Stay updated on trends within the German online community and moderation best practices
• Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of German language, culture, and online communication norms.
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or trust & safety roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
