What you'll build

In this role you will support the SAP GS2 Governance Office in building and maintaining the knowledge infrastructure that underpins strategic decision-making across the team. You will design and implement data architectures, automate information workflows, and develop dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insight for senior leadership.

 

• Design and implement scalable data and information architectures on Microsoft SharePoint and related platforms
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, including error handling and REST API integration
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Python-based frameworks
• Create and maintain structured data models in Microsoft Lists and Excel, including pivot tables and advanced analysis
• Write Python scripts for data processing, automation, and integration with existing data workflows
• Support knowledge management, research synthesis, and the preparation of materials for executive audiences
• Contribute to information governance, data quality management, and content lifecycle processes

 

What you bring

 

• Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Political Science, International Relations, or related disciplines. Preferably background in a think tank, research institute, policy organization, consulting firm, or strategy function.
• Knowledge Management & Communications
• Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, research, policy analysis, consulting, strategy, or related fields
• Data quality management, validation, and lifecycle/access management principles
• Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft SharePoint Online (advanced), including permission models, inheritance concepts, and item-level security
  • Microsoft Lists: data modeling and permission management
  • Python for data processing, automation, and integration with data workflows
  • Dashboard development using Power BI and/or Python-based visualization frameworks
