Roles and Responsibilities:

1. CRM System Administration :

- Act as the Super Admin for the CRM platform.

- Maintain overall system health, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and access control.

- Support users with tasks e.g. data uploads and marketing emails.

2. Data Quality Control :

- Regularly audit the CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Inform data owners about duplicates and monitor deduplication process to maintain high data quality.

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and integrity issues.

3. System Development and Optimization :

- Develop and enhance the HubSpot CRM system to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

- Customize fields, modules, workflows, and pipelines to optimize CRM functionality.

4. Reporting and Analytics :

- Create and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM data and user activities.

- Analyse CRM data to generate actionable insights for the management team.

5. Workflow and Automation Implementation :

- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Ensure that automation rules and triggers are correctly configured and functioning as intended.

6. User Support and Training :

- Lead the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they have the necessary access and training.

- Provide support to CRM users, addressing questions, issues, and training needs.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator with HubSpot platform.

- Strong understanding of data management, and workflow automation.

- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with marketing automation and sales processes.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

- Certification in HubSpot CRM is a plus.
