Sales Development Representative - Enterprise Sales, Europe (m/w/d)
Your mission
- You run structured outbound campaigns via cold calls
- You independently identify relevant target companies and key decision-makers across Europe, such as Executive Assistants, Chief Legal Officers, and IT leaders
- You generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Account Executives
- You actively support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
- You maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot and ensure all interactions are properly documented
- You contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our lead generation and outreach strategies across different European markets
Your profile
- Native-level English (C1/C2) in both spoken and written communication
- You are ambitious, performance-driven, and enjoy competing against clear targets
- You work with high activity levels and stay persistent even when facing rejection
- You want to develop quickly in sales and take on responsibility
- You are comfortable with cold calling and enjoy proactively approaching new prospects
- You are not looking for just any job, but for an environment focused on performance, learning, and development
- You think in outcomes, not just tasks
- You are confident communicating with different stakeholders across European markets
- Additional European language skills are a plus
