Location: Berlin, Germany

Tasks

You will work directly with our Head of Supply Chain in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.

• Lead high-impact projects such as sourcing new products, coordinating global flow of goods and qualifying new suppliers
• Analyze sales performance, predict sales trends and manage inventory levels across different warehouses and continents
• Improve internal processes and drive automation where possible
• Handle sample testing and benchmarking as well as supplier auditing

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, purchasing, logistics, e-commerce, or similar environments
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
• Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1) and Mandarin (min. C1) – both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus
