Working Student - EPC Sourcing Contracts (all genders)

Das sind deine Aufgaben

• You will support Sourcing managers, Legal and other Departments for the preparation of the Supply Agreements, aligning the supply agreement to the main EPC and to the internal requirements.
• You will take part to the contract negotiation with the main Suppliers.
• You will support the prequalification of the Suppliers.
• You will insert the Contracts and PO in the company Digital Management System.
• You will contribute to the creation of internal R&R and Sourcing processes.
• You will provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills in Spanish, German, or Italian are a plus.
• You have solid Excel knowledge (e.g. working with spreadsheets, filters, and formulas) and a strong interest in digital tools and systems.
