Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist -Tech (m/f/d)

With offices in both Hamburg and Berlin, we’re currently expanding our technical teams and are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist -Tech (m/f/d) to join us on the ground in either location. In this role, you’ll primarily drive the growth of our tech teams, while also supporting hiring across business and commercial functions.

Tasks

What your day to day might look like

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various ng-voice teams – from drafting compelling job descriptions and proactively sourcing candidates to managing applications and delivering final offers.
• Actively contribute to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and improve recruitment processes, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure a seamless and outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction to the final offer stage.
• Partner with our marketing team on employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent attraction efforts.
• Join our small but mighty People & Organization team of three, where collaboration and impact go hand in hand.

Requirements

What we are ideally looking for

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech roles and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously`; you’re confident sourcing for 4–5+ diverse roles across different functions using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms.
• A strategic mindset and passion for building diverse teams, with experience implementing inclusive sourcing practices.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needed.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with Personio and using data to drive decisions.
• A background in agency recruitment, with a track record of delivering under pressure.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through advanced techniques.
• Experience recruiting in or a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
