As we continue to expand, we’re hiring a Streamer Manager to own and develop our creator and live-streaming partnerships. This role plays a direct part in how over99.com acquires players, builds brand visibility, and activates new audiences through trusted creators.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing a streamer program that delivers consistent, measurable results, working closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns are effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creator Discovery & Onboarding

• Identify and recruit streamers across crypto, Web3, gambling, and gaming

• Build and maintain a pipeline of creators on Kick, Twitch, YouTube, and X

Streamer Program Management

• Own streamer acquisition and activation end to end

• Establish clear, scalable workflows for outreach, onboarding, and ongoing management

Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for partnered streamers

• Build durable, professional relationships that support long-term collaboration

Campaign & Activation Support

• Equip creators with assets, briefs, and guidance to deliver effective content

• Coordinate promotions, giveaways, launches, and live activations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, product, and design on streamer-led initiatives

• Support features such as tournaments, leaderboards, and reward mechanics

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

• Track performance across traffic, FTDs, NGR, engagement, and ROI

• Use data to refine partnerships and improve overall performance

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure creator partnerships align with over99.com ’s compliance and disclosure requirements

• Maintain ethical influencer marketing practices

• A growing, active roster of streamers delivering consistent exposure

• Regular streamer-led campaigns contributing to acquisition and engagement

• Clear, measurable impact from creator partnerships

• Strong creator retention and repeat collaboration

What We’re Looking For

Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development
(crypto, gaming, or streaming preferred)

• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem

• Clear communicator with solid negotiation skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment

• Data-driven with a practical approach to optimisation
