Synmatch AI is an early-stage product focused on helping companies find the right candidates faster and more fairly. We are building a high-speed, AI-driven hiring platform that feels instant, scales efficiently, and is fast to iterate on.

You would be joining at day 0 .

No legacy systems, no handovers, no heavy process, just building.

This is not a classic Product Manager role.

The Role

We are looking for a PM / Developer hybrid , a hands-on builder who can think product and execute technically at the same time.

You will work on-site in Berlin , closely with the founder, in a highly iterative setup.

You will:

• Co-build the Synmatch AI platform from scratch

• Make product decisions while actively coding

• Translate product ideas directly into working software

• Design systems that move from MVP to production without rewrites

• Own technical and product decisions early and evolve them as we scale

If you enjoy vibe coding , fast iteration, and high ownership, this role is for you.

What You’ll Work On

• Frontend and platform foundations

• Core product flows and UX decisions

• API design and system architecture

• Matching and workflow logic

• MVP infrastructure that can scale 10× and later 100×

You will regularly move between:

• Product thinking

• Technical architecture

• Writing production code

Required Tech Stack & Tools

You should be comfortable with most of the following:

• Frontend: Next.js, React

• Version Control: GitHub

• Infrastructure: AWS

• Developer Tools: Cursor, Antigravity

You don’t need to be a specialist in everything, but you must be able to build end-to-end features independently .

What We Are Not Looking For

• A pure Product Manager

• A role focused on roadmaps and tickets

• Someone who doesn’t code regularly

• Heavy process or ceremony mindset

This role requires shipping, not managing.

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will:

1. Conduct an AI powered Interview

2. Get to know the founder, focused on collaboration

3. Complete a 90–120 minute technical design task

4. Join a live vibe coding session with the technical lead

5. Have a final interview with the founder , focused on collaboration
