We're looking for a Implementation Consultant / Project Manager (f/m/d) who makes enterprise customers successful with Wallet Studio by embedding our product deeply into their processes, and who turns that operational excellence into account growth.
What You Will Do
Own the full customer lifecycle hands-on
You run implementations, onboardings, and rollouts of Wallet Studio with enterprise clients end to end. You are the person our clients work with day to day: advising, configuring, solving problems, and making sure they get real value from the product.
Anchor Wallet Studio in corporate processes
Our customers are large insurance groups. Your job is to make Wallet Studio indispensable by embedding it into their operational workflows, their customer journeys, and their reporting. The deeper the integration, the stronger the relationship, the bigger the account.
Advise and lead enterprise stakeholders
You are the trusted partner for your clients' project leads, marketing teams, and IT departments. You translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes. You run workshops and steering meetings. You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders in both English and German.
Drive expansion through operational excellence
Growth in this team comes from great delivery, not from cold calls. You identify expansion opportunities (new business lines, new use cases, deeper penetration) as a natural result of understanding the customer's business. You flag and prepare these opportunities for the team lead.
Collaborate across functions
You work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting to ensure consistent delivery. You bring customer feedback back into the organisation and contribute to improving how we work.
Work with AI as part of your daily toolkit
We are an AI-native company. You use AI for execution, structuring, research, and customer work. You build your own workflows and bring ideas for how the team can work smarter.
Scope and expectations
You work in a small, senior team that reports directly into the founding team. Individual contributor role with real ownership of customer outcomes. Currently 3 people in the team, growing. Pragmatic mindset. You build what's missing instead of waiting for someone to hand it to you.
This is You
Experience in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Enterprise Consultant in B2B SaaS. We don't filter by years of experience; what matters is what you've done and how you work.
You have hands-on experience onboarding and advising enterprise customers. You know what it takes to embed a SaaS product into complex corporate environments: the stakeholder dynamics, the integration work, the change management.
Technical fluency. You understand API-based products, data flows, and integrations well enough to translate them into clear client outcomes. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand how things connect.
Commercial awareness. You are not a sales person, but you recognise when a customer is ready to expand. You understand how good delivery creates growth and you actively contribute to that.
You work with AI daily .
Excellent communication in English and German, both at full professional proficiency. You are comfortable on stage at a client workshop and in a detailed technical call.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong plus. You understand or can quickly learn how enterprise insurance groups operate.
A doer mindset. You don't wait for perfect instructions. You figure it out, you build what's needed, and you make customers successful.
