Job Mission

As a Senior Paid Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in how Tibber attracts and acquires new customers across channels and markets.

You will set and own our paid marketing channel strategy (including Google, Meta, Reddit, Programmatic) across the full-funnel, and be accountable for delivering measurable impact from paid demand creation to acquired customers.

What you'll do ✅

• Set our paid digital and performance marketing strategy across channels, including forecasting, planning, audience targeting, and budget pacing.

• Own the Paid-channel view of seasonality and demand triggers, built together with local Growth Leads.

• Lead cross-market campaigns and optimisations together with local teams and agencies.

• Own Paid channel budget distribution across markets - accountable for delivering CAC, ROAS and ad conversion, and the levers that move them.

• Lead audience development, creative testing strategies, bidding optimisation, and conversion improvements.

• Set the paid experiment roadmap: including creative, incrementality, geo-experiments, and bidding tests.

• Own the measurement approach to paid marketing activities, and how paid is credited in the attribution model, in partnership with Data stakeholders.

• Act as a senior thought-partner to the local Growth Leads when setting the marketing agenda - Growth Leads own market targets, you own how the paid budget hits them.

• Partner closely with Creative, CRM, Analytics and Finance teams to deliver growth objectives.

What we're looking for⚡

You are driven by impact and know how to turn strategy into execution. You're used to fast-paced environments and thrive when given high accountability.

• You have deep paid marketing expertise and are able to deliver both strategy and daily optimisation - covering acquisition, conversion optimisation and media buying at scale.

• You have succeeded as a senior individual contributor and are comfortable driving impact without formal authority.

• You have multi-market performance marketing experience - this role will span Sweden, the Netherlands and Norway.

• You’ve shaped how paid marketing is measured, with experience setting up experimentation and measurement-frameworks, not just reporting against them.

• You own your numbers and can explain what moves them to leaders and agency partners.

• You embrace new tools and ways of working, and are already using AI heavily in your daily work - including how to plan, buy and optimise media.

• Business English fluency: Dutch, Swedish or German a plus.
