Client cases studies and success stories for the website.
RAY AI Blog.
Run the Team Content Programme: a simple incentive that gets more RAYs posting, with light editing support.
Run the Anti-AI-Slop-Program. Make sure “this is not a coincidence — it's genuinely a revolution” - type writing is banned.
Worldwide employer brand initiative (5 countries).
Community management: Comments, Reddit discussions, Glassdoor reviews, Linkedin DMs.
What this looks like week to week:
Sit in on calls and interviews to mine for content.
Interview the founders weekly for Linkedin Posts.
Draft posts for founders, the team, and RAY's page.
Interview team members and clients.
Run a simple content calendar.
Turn long material (calls, interviews, voice memos) into sharp short-form posts.
Track what performs. Do more of that.
Who this is for:
You read a LinkedIn post and know in one line why it worked.

You spot a story inside every meeting, every thought and every win.
You know the tech world. The jargon, the formats, what earns attention.
AI is a tool in your kit, not a replacement for your voice.
Journalism background welcome, not required.

Comfort with short-form video, or working with someone who does it.
Tech-adjacent content experience.
