Founder’s Associate (m/f/d)

As our Founder’s Associate, you’ll play a central role in enabling JOIN’s next phase of growth.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and the Chief of Staff on strategic and operational priorities. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to company-building at the highest level, help shape how JOIN scales, and directly influence how decisions translate into execution.
This is a fixed-term contract for 6-12 months, designed to offer steep learning, direct access to leadership, and meaningful ownership within a short, intensive timeframe.
Tasks
What you’ll be doing
Your work will directly support JOIN’s focus, speed and effectiveness. Here’s what that looks like:
- Support the development of JOIN’s strategy together with the CEO and leadership team.
- Help run OKR cycles and maintain visibility on company wide KPIs.
- Drive cross functional initiatives with revenue or productivity impact, such as marketplace optimisation, pricing topics or automation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Finance and Operations to move priority topics forward.
- Prepare executive communication materials, including board decks, leadership updates and all hands presentations.
- Organise management meetings and offsites with strong preparation, clear agendas and decision proposals.
- Document and iterate on company wide ways of working.
- Bring structure to ambiguous topics and help ensure follow through.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate cross functionally with leaders and teams across the organisation to support JOIN’s most important priorities.

✔ You are fluent in English. German is a plus but not required.

- Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Exposure to strategy, operations or analytics.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
