Your tasks:

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring efficiency in staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Plan the shifts to ensure the daily business is perfectly covered.
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to company policies.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting teamwork and professional development of employees.
• Implement and uphold operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales figures, turnover, and expenditure and take proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
• Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, addressing and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.

Your profile:

• Catering experience, preferably with staff responsibility; manager experience.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
• Excellent customer service skills, focusing on providing a memorable dining experience.
• Good time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
