You'll break new ground by

• You coordinate activities across multiple plants and collaborate closely with IT and CYS organizations as well as factory teams.
• You review existing factory cybersecurity maturity assessments and implementations status, you identify gaps against internal guidelines and standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443), and you derive and prioritize measures based on Business Continuity Planning.
• You support the implementation of security solutions in line with operational needs (network segmentation, access controls and patch management) and provide guidance for integrating solutions into existing IT/OT infrastructures, ensuring full compliance with Siemens cybersecurity standards while deliviering and designing the most effective approach for each plant.
• You prepare progress reports and status updates for management and partners, and you document implemented measures and lessons learned. You are the pivotal point to structure and implement learnings out of existing incidents in our factory network.

This is how you'll win us over

• You have several years of experience with OT security in manufacturing environments, and you have validated experience in cybersecurity projects with an implementation focus.
• You have expertise in cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 62443) and knowledge of internal guidelines and their implementation. In addition, you have a proven track record intranslating these requirements into actionable measures.
• You understand network architectures, firewalls, and endpoint security.
• You have excellent communication and facilitation skills, project management and risk management capabilities, and the ability to work with international teams and coordinate across multiple sites.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and German complete your profile.
