Tasks

As a Founder’s Associate Intern at Cardino, you will be at the center of our marketplace operations, gaining hands-on experience across core business functions. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Running daily operations of our EV marketplace, at the crossroad of growth, automation, finance, logistics and supplier relations.
• Designing and implementing new processes to support the next version of our platform, using no-code or hacky solutions to efficiently automate our operations.
• Collaborating with the product team to improve platform usability by sharing insights, testing solutions, and conducting workshops.
• Launching and managing growth experiments to increase sales and efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in high-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or investment banking. Know-how in Finance or Operations is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French or German would be a plus.

Internship Duration: 3-6 months
