What You’ll Build

 

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

 

Position title: SAP Signavio iXp Intern (f/m/d) – User Experience Design
Location: Berlin, Germany
Internship duration: 6 months

 

As an intern (f/m/d)in SAP Signavio’s Experience team, you will support initiatives that strengthen the experience across the SAP Signavio Suite. You will work collaboratively with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering partners and gain hands‑on experience in strategic design, user research and experience measurement.

 

Your responsibilities may include:

• Support UX research activities such as desk research, preparing studies, documenting insights, or helping analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Contribute to UX design activities by creating low fidelity wireframes, simple prototypes, and visual concepts that help communicate design ideas and support decision making
• Assist in synthesizing insights and transforming them into clear recommendations for product teams
• Help with preparation and organization of workshops, presentations, templates, reports, and internal communication
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of research repositories and insight libraries
• Support the reviewing of the user experience and adherence to guidelines for analytical dashboards

 

What You’ll Bring

 

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in design, psychology, sociology, HCI, media, or related field
• Foundational experience or coursework in UX research, UX design, interaction design, visual design, or service design
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, or prototypes to communicate concepts (e.g., in Figma, Mural, or similar tools)
• Familiarity in research methods such as interviews, usability testing, survey design, or synthesizing insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate insights or design decisions clearly for diverse stakeholders
• Organized, proactive, curious, willing to learn and take ownership
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Interest in process improvement and analytics is a plus

• Working from the Berlin office is required (2-3 days a week)

SAP Signavio’s Experience team is responsible for driving suite‑wide experience alignment, conducting user research, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across product teams. We combine design strategy, UX research, product insights, and cross‑suite coordination to help SAP Signavio deliver a coherent, outcome‑driven product experience.
