Sales Development Representative
About the Role
This is a founding sales role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company in the commercial and industrial energy storage space, serving installers, manufacturers, and wholesalers across the DACH region and broader Europe. You will own the outbound pipeline end-to-end, acting as the primary engine for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
What You'll Do
Build direct relationships with C-level decision-makers through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
Take full ownership of the outbound pipeline, from prospecting to handoff, without relying on static playbooks.
Collaborate closely with the founding team to test and refine pitch angles and messaging.
Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach campaigns across DACH and European markets.
Manage and track outreach activity using CRM systems and sales automation tooling.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or a high-velocity sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to run cold outreach campaigns independently across multiple channels.
Experience building and managing outbound pipelines with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools; familiarity with AI-powered prospecting platforms is a plus.
Native or bilingual German, plus fluent English, are required.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and fast pace in an early-stage environment.
Prior exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage, or energy markets is a bonus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary in the range of 60,000 to 80,000 EUR annually , plus an uncapped performance bonus. Equity participation is included via a standard VSOP vesting arrangement. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany (Hamburg or Kiel also considered). This is a full-time, in-person role.
