The Role

We’re searching for a versatile Cross-Platform Mobile Developer (3–5 years’ experience) with solid skills in iOS, Android, and ideally C# to join our mobile squad. If you love building apps that run everywhere—from rugged tablets on wind-turbine towers to technicians’ phones in factory basements—and you enjoy jumping between native and shared code, we want to talk.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Windows WPF and C# / native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) modules where needed.
• Own end-to-end features: from UI/UX discussions and architecture decisions to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build shared business logic in Kotlin while crafting native experiences on each platform (Android, iOS etc. where appropriate).
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, real-time messaging (WebSockets), and secure local storage (SQLite/Room/CoreData)
• Contribute to automated pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure) and maintain a healthy test suite
• Profile and optimize performance, memory, and battery consumption across diverse devices and OS versions.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and other mobile devs in code reviews, architecture boards, and sprint planning.
• Occasionally dive into adjacent stacks—JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Node.js) or backend Kotlin/Java/C# microservices—depending on project needs and your interests.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of professional mobile development, spanning both iOS and Android.
• D command of C# and knowledge of .NET MAUI and/or WPF is a plus
• Comfortable writing native code in Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java when platform-specific solutions are required.
• Good grasp of modern architectural patterns (MVVM/Clean)
• Solid Git workflow knowledge and experience with CI/CD, distribution (TestFlight, Play Console), and mobile release processes.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and web-backend concepts is a big plus.
• Clear communication, ownership mentality, and a passion for delivering robust tools that technicians rely on day-in, day-out.
