The role

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design across all of Aignostics — from our AI-powered clinical and biopharma products to our marketing presence and brand. This is a design full-stack role: you will be the only designer, building our design language from scratch and setting the bar for how our products look, feel, and communicate. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and marketing, with a high degree of autonomy and direct impact on the company’s goals.

What you will do

• Build our design language: Create a cohesive design system from the ground up — one that works across our product suite, feels intuitive for expert users, and communicates the quality and ambition of what we're building.

• Own product design end-to-end: Drive design across our AI product lines — from early concepts and rapid prototypes through to polished, shipped experiences — working closely with engineering and product.

• Shape our brand and marketing presence: Extend the design language beyond the product into marketing materials, and brand guidelines that reflect who Aignostics is.

What we are looking for

• A strong portfolio of complex, expert-facing products: You've designed for highly skilled users — enterprise software, developer tools, scientific or clinical workflows. You know how to bring clarity to demanding, information-dense products. Experience in life sciences or biopharma is a meaningful plus.

• AI-native in how you work: You're already using AI tools as a core part of your design practice — to prototype quickly, scale your output, and focus your energy where human judgment matters most.

• Design system experience: You've built a design system, and know what it takes to create consistency across a product suite from scratch.

• Full-stack design range: You’re an expert on UI and interaction design, with the range to design visual identity and brand.
