We are an international group of companies operating across European and Latin American markets. We build and scale our own products and projects in e-commerce with in-house logistics, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.

Remote / Full-time - Kyiv time zone (EET / EEST)

Mission of the Role

To ensure the company's financial resilience and operational efficiency by building out the finance function.

Requirements

• 8+ years in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role (CFO / Finance Director).

• Experience working in international multi-entity structures: EU (must have), LATAM, Asia, USA.

• Experience building or relaunching a systematic finance function: accounting, treasury, financial control, budgeting, and reporting.

• Experience with the transformation and automation of financial processes: optimization, ERP/ BI, and establishing data discipline and regular reporting.

• Experience working with payment systems and cryptocurrencies as a financial instrument.

• Cross-functional collaboration: the ability to build financial processes together with other departments (operations, sales, product, legal, etc.).

Knowledge

• IFRS / GAAP - preparation and analysis of financial statements.

• International taxation: direct and indirect taxes, and the fundamentals of compliance across different jurisdictions.

• Understanding of the group's financial and legal structure: working across multiple jurisdictions and the rules governing intercompany operations.

• Analytics and automation tools: BI (Tableau), ERP, CRM (1C, Zoho).

Skills

• Strong analytical skills: working with financial statements and unstructured data, and building clear, easy-to-follow financial models.

• Financial planning and forecasting under incomplete data (budgeting, cash flow, scenarios).

• Strong communication skills: engaging with international partners and auditors, building working relationships, and quickly establishing collaboration across teams and departments.

• English at B2+ level.

• Ukrainian at C1+ level.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy.

• FP&A: budgeting, plan/actual analysis, variance analysis.

• Ensuring a stable management reporting process and data transparency.

• Updating international accounting and external reporting processes.

• Modernizing the treasury function: cash flow, payment discipline, working capital management, and relationships with banks and payment providers.

• Tax planning and ensuring compliance across international jurisdictions (direct and indirect taxes).

• Risk management and financial control: control procedures, risk management, loss prevention, internal policies, and monitoring their enforcement.

• Transforming the finance function: process reorganization, ERP implementation, and automation of routine processes (RPA / AI).

• Optimizing the group's financial and legal structure: multi-entity interaction, consolidation, and cross-border operations.
